2012-15 — Work done with 45royale
Financial Partners Credit Union is one of southern California’s largest credit unions, serving more than 75,000 customers across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego.
Michelle Unger, their Vice President of Marketing and Technology, was very passionate about building a platform that was more user-friendly for those customers, as well as a more efficient one for the team members that would be using it on a daily basis for their own work.
To kick off the project, we created a Discovery document detailing all of the new site’s features, including what third-party services would be connected to the site, what purpose they served, and how they would influence or integrate into the overall user experience.
As we got closer to a final design, we flew out to Los Angeles, where we met with the executive team to present our designs and listen to their feedback. As we presented our vision, Michelle's enthusiasm was incredibly helpful in translating our ideas into a vision that a cautiously optimistic executive team could look forward to and get excited about.
Once their successful launch day came and went, FPCU was excited to get to work with us immediately on four other projects. After launch we worked with them to overhaul their account setup process, create new designs for their email campaigns, customize some of the applications they use behind the scenes, and redesign the intranet they use for internal communication.
